Telephone System

Following feedback from our patients we are implementing some improvements to our telephone system. Unfortunately this has created a fault and some patients are being cut off whilst waiting in the queue.

Our system supplier is working hard to correct this fault.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Do you really need an appointment?

We are currently seeing a high demand from patients in relation to coughs, colds and sore throats. In many cases these can be treated without seeing a GP.

Before approaching the GP surgery we are asking all our patients to consider the following: -

  1. Can I deal with this myself?
  2. Have I looked online for help (
  3. Could my local pharmacist (chemist) help me?

Click on the following links for information and how to treat the more common matters than can be self managed.
