Do It Online

What is Patient Online?

Patient Online means that you can choose to:

  • Book and cancel appointments with your GP online
  • Order repeat prescriptions online
  • Look at some of the information in your GP online record online.

Online services are free to use and are just another way of contacting the surgery.  You can still ring us or come to the surgery in person like you do now.  For more detailed information about Patient Online services download the:

How do I register for a service?

If you wish to use the online services, you'll need to register first.

Registration for online services is separate from registration with a GP practice.

To register, you have to visit the practice in person, bringing with you some identification, and request a registration letter, which will enable you to set up a full account. Enter the details from the letter into the online registration form. This registration method ensures your identity can be verified by your GP practice and your personal details cannot be accessed by others.

More information on Access to GP online services is available at NHS Choices.
