Our stress level can be affected by many different things: our physical health, our job (or difficulties finding employment), our relationships and friendships, where we live, money problems and much more.
The Wellbeing Service can support you in the first steps to making changes in your life to manage your levels of stress as well as symptoms of anxiety and depression. If you are ready to make a change, this service offers a range of options to support you in your journey.
To refer yourself to the NHS Wellbeing Service in Norfolk and Waveney you need to be registered with a GP in this area.
This service is not for crisis or emergency situations.
