Advanced Nurse Practitioner
We are currently seeking a professional, enthusiastic, experienced qualified Advanced Nurse Practitioner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy team.
The primary objectives of this role are to effectively assist with the Practice’s same day appointments, telephone triage and seeing patients in your own clinic.
This role will afford the successful applicant an exciting opportunity to work alongside our existing Nurse Manager (Advanced Nurse Practitioner) to develop the role in line the Practice values. The successful candidate will have primary care background with sound clinical examination skills and have an independent prescriber qualification.
The role, therefore, requires the successful candidate to work autonomously, making clinical decisions based on experience, knowledge and analytical abilities, treating undifferentiated, undiagnosed presentations. The candidate will also be willing to make appropriate referrals.
We have a diverse mix of skills with 3 GP Partners, a salaried GP, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Pharmacist supported by 3 Practice Nurses and an HCA team.
We are a Systmone practice with the Ardens add-on.
The vacancy is full time (37 hours per week). Part-time and job-share will be considered for the right candidate(s). Initial salary range is from £20-£22 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications.
Applications can be submitted via NHS Jobs.
If you wish to discuss the role or visit the Practice please contact either our Practice Manager, John Isherwood or Nurse Manager, Lisa Townshend on 01603 867481.
We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and committed GP to join our well established GMS practice as a Partner (property buy-in is not required). This position has become available following the retirement of our Senior Partner. Full or Part-time will be considered.

- List size 8,700 – GMS contract.
- Dispensing Practice
- Training Practice
- SystmOne clinical system
- Rated “Good” by the CQC
- Consistent high QOF achiever
