Travel Vaccinations

We will review any travel questionnaires received up to 3 weeks prior to travel. However, we cannot guarantee delivery of all vaccines that may be required if a questionnaire is received less than 8 weeks prior to air travel

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel you need to complete and submit aclock2 Travel Questionnaire and then we will contact you with an appointment with the practice nurse to discuss your vaccination requirements.

It is important that you submit your completed travel questionnaire as early as possible (ideally at least 8 weeks prior to travel) to allow the maximum amount of time for your requirements to be assessed and for all necessary vaccines to be administered and become active before you travel.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge. This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.

The countries you are  visiting to determine what vaccinations are required.
