Mr Graham Chapman (m)

Graham graduated from the UEA School of Pharmacy in 2009, subsequently qualifying and registering as a pharmacist in 2010 after completion of his preregistration year in community pharmacy. He continued working in community pharmacy for Boots for 6 years and during this time completed a post graduate diploma in pharmacy practice.
Graham started as a member of our practice team in 2016 and has since completed an independent prescribing course.
In his free time he regularly plays and watches football, possessing a Norwich City season ticket. He is a keen traveller and always likes to have a future trip planned.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
